From your very first visit to Denuvo Dental you will feel relaxed and comfortable. Whether your last dental visit was 1 year, 10 years or 30 years ago there is no need to worry here!

Janet and Jonathan have over 50 years of dental experience between them and have treated hundreds of very nervous and anxious patients. Most of these patients have gone on to become regular attenders and eventually laugh about how nervous they USED to be!

This is because they have a unique skill which can’t be bought, won or acquired on a course – that is the ability to put patients at ease. To build up a rapport with people, to understand and to care from the very first appointment.

This gift, along with high quality dentistry, has proved a very successful combination for Janet and Jonathan and has kept them busy, happy and fulfilled throughout their dental careers.

NEW PATIENT CONSULTATION

This will usually last about 50 minutes, starting with a face-to-face consultation away from the dental chair!

First of all we will LISTEN to your expectations, what dental concerns you have if any, and what you are hoping to achieve by your visit.

Once all this has been established, we carry out a very thorough dental examination. X-rays may be required at this point.

By collating the results of our examination with the expectation of our patient we are able to produce a comprehensive treatment plan, keeping our patient involved at all times.

Once a treatment plan has been agreed you will be provided with an estimate for the cost of your treatment and advised if any changes are likely to occur as the treatment progresses.

The different payment options will be discussed during the first visit.

Once the first course of treatment is completed, patients will be given the choice to join our Denplan Care Scheme or continue on a fee-per-item basis, paying for treatment as and when they need it.

We understand that every individual has different dental needs and requirements, and we are happy to help our patients to make an informed decision regarding the best option for them.
